INFORMATION NOTE- Erasmus+ KA220-YOU Project – "Next Generation Technology Engagement"
Project Overview
The project integrates in-person mentorship, professional networking,
and digital career tools to help young people navigate labor market
challenges and make informed career decisions. It is designed to foster inclusion,
digital transformation, and youth entrepreneurship, ensuring that career
education becomes accessible, scalable, and internationally connected.
Expected Outcomes
The project aims to create a sustainable, scalable, and
internationally connected career development framework by:
- Providing structured career
guidance and mentorship to young people across Europe.
- Enhancing career readiness
through digital and real-world learning experiences.
- Establishing a cross-border
career mentorship network to support youth employability and mobility.
This coordinated effort across multiple countries ensures that
young people receive practical career insights, professional connections,
and digital workforce skills, preparing them for long-term success in the
labor market.
